APP User Agreement
Welcome to the APP User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement apply to your (hereinafter referred to as "User") use of various products and services in the APP developed by Shenzhen TIZE Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TIZE" or "we").
1. Recognition of service agreements
The User agrees to all the terms of this Agreement and follows the instructions on Tlife APP to complete all the registration procedures. This Agreement includes, but is not limited to, this Agreement, the existing and from time to time updated or newly released service products of Tlife APP corresponding to the service agreement and the "Privacy Policy" and all other rules and systems. By checking the "APP User Agreement", the user agrees to accept the contents of this Agreement and the relevant service agreement of Tlife APP. If there is any conflict between the effective terms of the relevant service agreement of Tlife APP and the effective terms of this Agreement, the provisions of this Article shall prevail.
By registering and using the Tlife APP service, the user acknowledges that this agreement is not excluded by the laws of the country or region to which you belong/are located. Otherwise, the user shall be responsible for all liabilities arising therefrom, and shall indemnify the user for any expenses that may be incurred and hold Shenzhen TIZE Technology Co., Ltd. harmless from any direct or indirect responsibilities.
2. Services and support
The content of the services and support provided by TIZE to the user is defined in the services and support of Tlife APP, and TIZE has the right to change the content of the services and support to the latest published content of Tlife APP.
3. Change, interruption or termination of services
3.1 In view of the special nature of the network service (including but not limited to force majeure, network stability, system stability, technical failures, user's location, user's shutdown, user's cell phone viruses or malicious network attack behavior and any other technology, interconnecting networks, communication lines, content infringement, etc.), the user agrees that TIZE has the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the Tlife APP at any time. service, TIZE will notify the user in a reasonable manner in a timely manner as possible, and repair the service at the first time as possible. However, as a result of this, the user can not send and receive reading information, or receive and send wrong information, TIZE does not assume any responsibility, the user must bear the above risks.
3.2 The User understands that TIZE will need to overhaul and maintain the platform or related equipment used to provide the Tlife APP service on a regular or occasional basis, and that TIZE will give as much advance notice as possible if the service is interrupted for a reasonable period of time as a result of such circumstances but will not be held liable for such interruptions.
3.3 If the personal data provided by the User is untrue, or if the User violates laws and regulations, national policies or the rules of use set forth in this Agreement, TIZE has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of Tlife APP services under this Agreement to the User at any time without any liability to the User or any third party.
4. Rules of use
4.1 When applying for registration of Tlife APP, the User provides accurate personal information (including name, gender, date of birth, telephone number, email address, etc.) as required by the system, and must update the personal information in a timely manner if there are any changes. Any loss to the parties to the agreement or third parties caused by the authenticity of the information provided by the user shall be borne by the user.
4.2 Upon successful registration, the User will be provided with a Tlife APP account and a password set by the User; the User is responsible for the safekeeping of the User's account and password; the User shall be legally liable for all actions taken under the User's account.
Users must follow the following principles during the use of the Tlife APP service.
(1) Comply with the relevant laws and regulations of China;
(2) The Tlife APP Service shall not be used for any unlawful purpose;
(3) Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures relating to network services;
(4) Not to use the Tlife APP service system for any act that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;
(5) Tlife APP shall not be used to conduct any behavior that is detrimental to TIZE.
4.3 Users shall not use the Tlife APP to create, upload, send, or disseminate sensitive information and information that violates the state's legal system, including but not limited to the following information.
(1) Against the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;
(3) If it is detrimental to the honor and interests of the State;
(4) Incitement to ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining of national unity;
(5) Undermining the State's religious policy and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors that disrupt the social order and undermine social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting a crime;
(8) Insulting or slandering another person and infringing on the lawful rights and interests of another person;
(9) Contains other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
4.4 Users agree not to use another user's account or password under any circumstances. In the event that you suspect that someone else is using your account or password, you agree to notify TIZE immediately.
4.5 The User has the right to change and delete personal data, registration information and transmissions etc. in the Tlife APP, but the deletion of the information in question also deletes any text and images that you have stored in the system. The User assumes this risk.
4.6 If the User violates any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, TIZE has the right to terminate the provision of services to the defaulting User's Tlife APP account in accordance with this Agreement.
4.7 We may use the information we collect for big data analytics. For example, we use the information we collect to analyze statistical services and products that do not contain any personal information. We may disclose and share statistically processed, non-identifying big data analytics information with our partners.
5. Intellectual property rights
5.1 Any text, images, logos, audio and video materials contained in the Tlife APP service provided by TIZE are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other property rights laws.
5.2 Without the consent of the relevant right holders and TIZE, the above information shall not be displayed in any way on any other third-party platforms or be used for any other commercial purposes; the user shall not copy, modify, or compile the above content without authorization, or create derivative products related to the content.
6. Protection of privacy
6.1 TIZE will adopt various systems, security technologies and procedures and other measures to protect user privacy and personal data from unauthorized access, use or leakage.
6.2 In the process of registering for a T-life APP account or using the Tlife APP services, the User is required to provide some necessary information, such as: name, phone number, email address, gender, date of birth, name, registered address and registration number. In order to provide the user with account registration services or for user identification, the user is required to fill in the user's cell phone number; some functions require the user to authorize the use of the user's camera or photo album; some functions require the user to authorize access to the user's cell phone address book and so on; some functions require the user to authorize access to the user's location information and so on. If the user does not authorize or provides incomplete information, the user will not be able to use the service or will be restricted in the process of using the service. The information provided by the user's authorization, TIZE promises to take measures to protect the security of the user's personal information.
6.3 In order to provide users with a better user experience and improve the service quality of the Tlife APP, TIZE will likely collect use or provide users' non-personal information to a third party. Tlife will supervise and manage the use of users' personal data by this third party and make every possible effort to protect the safety of users' personal information.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 Users shall comply with national laws, regulations and policies in the course of using the Tlife APP service, and shall bear any legal responsibility for the information and content they create, upload, send and disseminate, independent of TIZE.
7.2 If any information and content displayed and pushed to users by Tlife APP on its page is recommended to users after searching, locating and matching from any third-party website on the Internet according to users' instructions by TIZE using technological means and not unilaterally produced by TIZE, such displayed and pushed information and content does not represent the viewpoints of TIZE and Tlife APP, and TIZE does not is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the above information.
7.3 Any text, images, logos, audio, and video materials contained in the Tlife APP service provided by TIZE are for instructional purposes and do not involve the commercialization of any physical items.
7.4 If any information and content displayed or pushed to users by Tlife APP on its page is suspected of infringing any third party's intellectual property rights, the right holder and relevant interested parties shall send a notice of rights to TIZE, and TIZE shall have the right to take measures including but not limited to breaking the link of such infringing content or deleting and stopping the transmission of such infringing content according to the relevant laws and regulations after verifying the information and content, but TIZE shall not be legally responsible for such infringing content. However, TIZE does not bear legal responsibility for the infringing content.
7.5 User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TIZE from and against any claims, demands or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of User's breach of this Agreement.
8. Other provisions
8.1 TIZE has the right to modify any terms of this Agreement at any time. Once the content of this Agreement is changed, TIZE will publish the modified contents of the Agreement in the Tlife APP platform or announce the modifications to the User through other appropriate means. Users do not agree with the above modifications, they have the right to choose to stop using the Tlife APP service, but if they continue to use it, they are deemed to have accepted the modification of the relevant terms of this Agreement by TIZE.
8.2 If any provision set forth in this Agreement is for any reason partially or wholly invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
8.3 The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or controversy arises between the two parties regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, it shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where TIZE is located.
8.4 The copyright of this Agreement belongs to TIZE, and the final interpretation and modification of the contents of the provisions of this Agreement belongs to TIZE.
